Using your maisie & clare Gift Cards
Please note that the information below is applicable to the use of maisie & clare Gift Cards.
Gift Cards may be used as payment for purchases at www.maisieandclare.com.au Gift Cards will be forwarded to the recipient in the form of an email after the full order has been processed and payment has cleared. Please note:
- Shipping costs are not applicable on the purchase of a gift card, but they are applicable on products purchased with a Gift Card.
- Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise but, unfortunately cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you must pay for the amount in excess with a valid form of payment.
Expiration and Services Fees
Gift Cards will expire 12 months after the purchase date.

To view your Gift Card balance, sign into your account and access the Gift Card link, or contact us at email@example.com or via the Contact Us page.
You may not return or cancel your Gift Card after it is received. If you return products purchased using a Gift Card as one of the payment methods, the value of the return up to the amount of the initial Gift Card payment will be credited to a new Gift Card. The remaining amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the transaction. Orders including Gift Cards can only be made with credit cards.
- Limitations Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards and purchases of Gift Cards will not be used to satisfy promotional thresholds.
Delivery Information And Requirements For Gift Card Purchasers
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for Gift Cards that are undelivered or not received due to an incorrectly entered recipient’s email address or phone number, so we ask that you ensure that these details are correct. In the event that an email is returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address. There are times when a recipient’s email address is correct, but he or she does not access the Gift Card email within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date. Please check with your recipient if you believe they have not received their email as the following may have occurred:
- Spam filter blocked or routed it to a junk/spam folder
- Recipient’s firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Please ensure that the recipient’s junk/spam folder does not block email
If you wish to add a personal message when purchasing an Gift Card, chose "send as a gift" and simply type your message in the Message Field on the Gift Card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Gift Card and no additional charges are incurred for a personalized message.

How will my gift card be delivered?
Gift cards are delivered via-email and reach their sender within 5 hours
if there are no issues with the order. The sender's name, email
and personal message are included for the recipient.
How much does delivery cost?
There is no charge for email delivery. For shipments that contain Gift
Cards and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based
upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. Gift Card amounts
are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.
Can I change the value of an gift card after I’ve paid for it?

How do I cancel the purchase of an gift card after I’ve paid for it?
