Standard shipping is currently a flat rate of $9.95 on each order, with free shipping for any order above $150.


Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your goods are damaged or not as described, please send an email to us immediately upon opening the parcel to hello@maisieandclare.com.au

Please take a single photo of the packaging, the parcel label (Showing the reference number where applicable) and the damaged item, all in the same photo & send through to our email above. We kindly request that you email us immediately upon opening your parcel, and we reserve the right to refuse any claims exceeding 24 hours from delivery time.

Upon receipt of the photo we will aim to re-ship any damaged stock, or alternatively provide a full refund for the items affected.


In an effort to reduce waste, we sometimes re-use packaging materials when they are suitable for your order and in a good condition. This could be the box, box fillers, bubble wrap, etc. We always try to re-use before recycling to do our small bit for the environment.


We make every effort to process your orders within 1 business day. Maisie & Clare use either a combination of Australia Post and Sendle depending on what is best suited to your purchase and your location. Once your order is packed & submitted with the courier, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address or a text message to your mobile phone number that you have entered when ordering.


If you are located outside of Australia and wish to purchase from us, we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote based on your requirements.  Simply use the contact us page and let us know the details and we will provide you with a quote. We have mailed parcels to New Zealand, USA, UK and Europe without issue.
